Do I need to sign up to a time period?

I run an open door policy, face to face clients you can come and go as you please.

Online clients need to give 30 days notice for cancellation.

Do I need to be a member at the gym to have sessions?

You do not need to be a member of the gym as they have day passes which I cover in the cost of the session

Are your programs tailored to my needs and goals?

If you are taking part in 1-1 Online Coaching after a consultation call your programs will be tailored to your needs and abilities.

For any Group Coaching my programs have a structure but you are able to customise them to a certain degree to fit to your abilities.

Do your face to face sessions have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations up to same day will be allowed to reschedule providing payment for the session has already been recieved.

Same day cancellations and no shows will be required to pay the full fee and will have no allowance for rescheduling.
